What we hold, and how we hold it.

This policy describes what information this website collects, why, who processes it for us, and the rights you have over it. Written to be read, not skimmed past. Effective 7 August 2026.

What we collect

This site sets no advertising trackers and runs no analytics scripts. The information we receive is what you choose to send through the join form: your name, your email address, your phone or WhatsApp number, the track you are interested in, and what you want to build.

Our hosting provider also keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP addresses and request times), as virtually every website's infrastructure does, for security and reliability.

Why we collect it

So a person can read your application and reply to it. We use your details to answer you, to place you in a cohort you have asked about, and (if you enrol) to run your programme. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Who processes it

When you submit the form, it is relayed by Resend (resend.com), an email-delivery service, to our company inbox. The website itself is served by Vercel. Each processes your data only to deliver its service, under its own privacy policy.

Children

Kids' track applications are made by a parent or guardian, and it is the parent's contact details we collect and reply to. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through this website.

Retention

Applications are kept in our inbox while they are relevant to a cohort or an enrolment, and deleted on request. Enrolment records are kept as long as legal and accounting obligations require.

Your rights

Ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and it is done within two working days. Wherever you write from, your local law is respected: the GDPR and UK GDPR in Europe and the UK, the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) in Ghana, and applicable state privacy laws in the United States. In practice we do not wait for the citation: access, correction, and deletion on request are extended to everyone, everywhere.

Changes

If this policy changes, this page and its effective date change with it, stated plainly, never buried in small print.
