Who we are

This website is operated by Next Builders Lab™, an initiative of Orvantis Intelligence, registered in the State of Ohio, United States. Programmes are delivered live online, with team build weeks at a client's own offices by arrangement. Write to us through the join form for anything relating to these terms.

What this site is for

The site describes the Lab's programmes and takes applications. Programme details shown here are offered in good faith and confirmed at enrolment; the details in your enrolment confirmation are the ones that bind. Submitting the join form is an application, never a payment or a commitment.

Your application

When you apply you confirm the information you give is accurate and that you are applying for yourself, or, for the kids' track, that you are the child's parent or guardian. We reply to every application, and we may decline any application at our discretion, with a reason where we can give one.

Content and ownership

The design, text, and code of this site belong to Next Builders Lab and Orvantis Intelligence. Things you build during a programme are yours: your projects, your code, your name on the work. That is the point of the Lab.

What we promise, and what we do not

We work to keep this site accurate, secure, and available, and we do not guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. The site is provided as-is; to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections your local law grants that cannot be waived by agreement, including in the United Kingdom and Ghana.

Changes

If these terms change, this page and its effective date change with it.
