Hiring a person is the obvious fix. For most of the businesses we meet it is the wrong fix this year, because the work that is drowning you is not a full role: it is nine small jobs, each too small to hire for and too constant to ignore, and every one of them follows rules you could write on an index card. That is exactly the kind of work software has become good at.
The roster
Four roles. You hire one on day one.
Everyone builds a different one, because everyone arrives with a different worst job. These are the four that come up most often in the room, any of them can be built inside three sessions, and the one you choose on day one is the one you leave with running.
The Follow-up Clerk
Watches for the replies that never came. Drafts the polite nudge in your voice, on the day you would have sent it, and holds it for your approval so nothing embarrassing goes out on its own.
The Analyst
Opens the same four tabs you open every Monday, reads them, and hands you one page: what moved, what stalled, what needs you today. Forty minutes becomes a thing you read with your coffee.
The Drafter
Writes the first version of the thing you keep rewriting: the proposal, the listing, the client update, the same six paragraphs with four details changed. You edit instead of starting from a blank page.

Sessions are live and we do not publish them afterwards. This is a room, not a video course, and the value is in getting stuck halfway through a build with somebody there to unstick you before you give up on the whole idea. Come to all three if you can; day one is the one that matters most.
Before you register
Who should be in the room, and who should not.
Seats are capped so everyone gets screen time, which means a seat you take is a seat somebody else cannot. Read both columns honestly.

There is no recording to catch up on. If your calendar cannot hold three afternoons that week, register for the next run instead and come when you can actually build.
The catch, stated plainly
Why we give away three days.
Because it is the most honest sample of our work we can hand anybody. You spend three sessions building with us, and afterwards you know exactly what we are like to learn from, which is worth more to us than any brochure.
Some of the room wants to keep going and joins a paid cohort, where the same method gets applied to the rest of the business over a longer run. Some of the room decides they would rather have it built for them, and Orvantis Intelligence takes that on as an engagement. Most people do neither, keep what they built, and we are genuinely fine with that, because a business running an AI employee we helped them build is the best advertising we have.
What that means for your three days: we spend about ten minutes, once, on the last day, explaining both of those doors. Then we get back to building. You will not sit through a pitch on day one, and nobody will call you afterwards unless you ask us to.

Before you ask…
Do I need to be technical?
No, and most people in the room are not. If you can set up a new app on your phone and describe your own job clearly, you can do this. The people who struggle are the ones who cannot say precisely what they want done, which is a thinking problem rather than a technical one, and we spend day two fixing exactly that.
Is it actually free, or free until the credit card page?
Actually free. No card at registration, no card at any point during the three days. The tools you build on have their own free tiers and we will show you which ones do the job without a subscription; if you later choose a paid tool, you pay that company directly and we take nothing from it.
What if I miss a day?
Come to the ones you can. Day one is the one to protect, because everything after it builds on what you set up there. We do not publish recordings, though we will send the written build notes to everyone who registered so you can catch up on your own.
Will this work for my kind of business?
If your work involves enquiries, quotes, bookings, follow-ups, or a report you rebuild by hand, yes. If your bottleneck is something physical, like not enough hands on a job site or not enough stock, an AI employee will not fix that and we will tell you so rather than take your afternoon.
What about my client data?
You will not be asked to upload a client list to anything. We build with test data and your own judgement about what may leave your business, and one of the things we cover on day two is where the line sits and how to keep AI on the right side of it. What you build lives in your accounts, under your login, and you can switch it off without asking us.
Do I keep what I build?
Entirely. It runs in accounts you own, you leave with the notes to rebuild it, and there is nothing to cancel and no dependency on us. That is the point.
